Hi,
I am a foreigner in Malacca, Malaysia. I am interested to buy a condo unit at Atlantis Residences@Kota laksamana. Is it possible to buy by foreigner. I have heard a new regulation that foreigner must buy a condo which the price at least RM500,000.
